LEESON and the new Louis Allis Company have formed a strategic alliance to develop, manufacture and market large motors from stock and from priority production at their Milwaukee facility. Louis Allis is now an independent company owned by its management. Founded in 1901, Louis Allis has long been known as an engineering innovator, with many technical "firsts" to their credit. The company designs and builds motors as large as 30,000 HP, for a wide variety of general purpose and special applications. This capability is now available through the LEESON network of district offices and warehouses across North America.
